place: with class. i like it's comfy style.
service: the staff are nice and accommodating as well.
my take: i love the dover's fish fillet. the garlic potato is ok too except that maybe after a few bites, you'd say you've had enough, and not finish everything. the seafood platter is so cool coz you'll have a lot choices to choose from.
value for the money: a bit pricey, but still ok. it's somehow worth it.
will i go back?: yes
